Jeffrey M. Farber
Jeffrey M. Farber was named AIG Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Financial Officer in the first quarter of 2011. His responsibilities include providing global leadership and coordination for AIG's financial operations. He is responsible for the Global Controllership, Accounting, Policy, Global Tax, Financial Planning & Analysis and Management Reporting, Financial Instruments Finance, and UGC Finance.
Prior to joining AIG, Mr. Farber served as Executive Vice President-Finance and Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer at Gamco Investors. Before that, he was Senior Vice President, Finance, and Controller at Bear Stearns, and an Audit Partner at Deloitte and Touche. Mr. Farber received his M.B.A from New York University and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University.
