Peter Eastwood
Mr. Eastwood is President & Chief Executive Officer of the Americas for Chartis, responsible for Chartis’ property and casualty insurance operations in the United States, Canada, Bermuda, and Latin America. Chartis is the global property and casualty insurance subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities in March 2011, Mr. Eastwood was President & Chief Executive Officer of Lexington Insurance Company, Inc., Chartis’ excess and surplus lines subsidiary. Mr. Eastwood has been employed by the member companies of AIG since joining the company in 1991.
Mr. Eastwood is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, as well as New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
